DCF has supported Agoric's proof-of-stake chain and the Cosmos IBC ecosystem since our founding in February 2022. We still do.
Where the model met real money
Agoric took on a hard version of the cooperation problem: how parties with no shared jurisdiction make agreements that bind. Its smart contracts run on Hardened JavaScript, the same foundation Endo builds on.

Build an appchain at a fraction of the cost of a platform chain, with security from the Cosmos Hub.

Grants
Our grants program funds projects that use or accelerate Agoric, Inter Protocol, or the wider Cosmos IBC ecosystem. We look for projects that:
- Practice decentralization, with fair access and transparent operation
- Advance development on Agoric, Inter Protocol and IBC
- Connect people and organizations across domains and regions
- Teach newcomers how decentralized systems work
- Work cooperatively, in the open and alongside other builders
Eligibility
The following factors will impact eligibility and the consideration of the application:
- A team of two or more founders is preferred
- A solid business plan
- An established (business) entity
- Demonstrable product market fit
- Demonstrable traction
- Track record of delivering outputs
- No current litigation

Validator delegation
DCF delegates a share of its BLD to validators who run nodes on the Agoric network, to support healthy decentralization of the chain.
